Several years experience fighting wildfires throughout BC and Alberta with experience in structure protection and fire prevention.
Familiar with all aspects of fire mitigation including knowledge of fire behaviour, identifying hazards, fuel reduction and fire prevention.
Certified as a technical faller and have an extensive background in fuel reduction and tree removal.
Strong knowledge of building construction, installation of non combustible materials and landscaping solutions.

What We Do
The largest threat to homes in the Wildland Urban Interface is the vegetation and combustible materials in close proximity to the house. In order to mitigate the risk of damage by fire, these fuels need to be removed. Without available fuels, houses and communities are much more resilient to the threat of wildfire. Our goal is to make every home in the West Kootenays safe from the threat of wildfire. Our strategy is to minimize the threat of wildfire by removing fuels and mitigating the risks of ignition.
